Put in blender with a cup of saltwater, blend for 5 minutes and strain, freeze ice cubes, put in a cup with saltwater defrost and feed Free, good, fresh and softies love it

Nice! I may have to try that. I usually make a stock with the heads and freeze it for gumbo.
