Freshwater angel sick

Hello,
My freshwater angelfish seems to have white spots on its head. Not sure what this is, it is eating and has not lost any weight any ideas? I have an image couldn't get a good one cause it's moving around so much but you can see the spots here.

A video and clearer pictures would help. Did this pop up overnight or appear over time?
Check your parameters, angelfish can be sensitive, especially to pH.
