Hello,
My freshwater angelfish seems to have white spots on its head. Not sure what this is, it is eating and has not lost any weight any ideas? I have an image couldn't get a good one cause it's moving around so much but you can see the spots here.

Take a video
Then go back and play the video, and screenshot when the area is more visible.

Or if you can, upload the video

A video and clearer pictures would help. Did this pop up overnight or appear over time?
Check your parameters, angelfish can be sensitive, especially to pH.

Will do. Not sure if it was overtime they just sort of appeared.
