Lower light, lower flow. They look good, the first one looks a little bleached, but healthy.

I slowly acclimated mine to the top third of my 29 gallon tank lit by 3 65 watt power compacts with individual miro 4 reflectors. It is probably in med flow too. I feed mine my sister twice a week and it is happy as can be.
