I've had a frogspawn for a few months and I think I was running my LEDs too high. The frogspawn bleached and looked faded and pretty translucent. Recently the heads near the bottom of the colony have become much darker. Is this the coral recovering its color? Should I expect the pattern to continue to the other heads?

Yes, they will come back. It will just take some time. Do you have any pics?

I wish I had taken some earlier, lights out now. But I'll take some tomorrow. Here's a pic from 3 weeks ago, I'm bad with iphone camera settings, it looks a little less colorful in person.

Yeah they are going to be fine, just lower them lights a bit and give it some time. What lights do you have?

I have the same light and run them up to 55% blue and 50% white and I have frogspawn 6" from the top. Every time I raised the intensity some of my corals bleached a little, white or blue. they usually recovered in a week or two then I would do it again. I saw the most bleaching under the white LEDS.
