I have 2 frogspawn and we’re doing fantastic
Though since rearranging the tank they look like ****. I’ll upload pics and water parameters.
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0~.5
Calcium: 320
pH: 8

I think I see BJD starting. I would treat with cipro immediately if this was my tank. Moving coral is generally not a good idea ime. I prefer to put them in place and let them adjust to the environment. Moving them around prevents them from adapting to the situation and wastes a lot of energy that they invest whenever they get moved around. Moving coral in the wild is a coral that is at great risk of dying, they are designed to stay put and grow in place, attracting to the substrate and growing according to the environmental conditions present.

Apart from above good comments, the tank looks brand new. Hammer coral is a little finicky and typically do better in more mature systems.

Looks to be a calcium deficiency. Look at the vertical ridges on the skeleton. I had the same issue long time ago when I didn't quite understand dosing as my tank matured and water changes no longer kept up. I would keep calcium closer to 420-430.

I also think there's may be a low nutrient issue. Even with my low calcium, my frogspawn would try to extend to get light ( even with lots of tissue recession).

Get the calcium up and add some aminos to see if you can get it to come back out.
