Frogspawn looks funny need help!

All perimeters are fine and water temp hasn't fluctuated but he hasn't opened for 3 days and is starting to get a build up of some sort on the back right head. Please help!!

id say you've got an algae issue, how old is the tank?

also that thing is likely a goner as LordofCinder said, its covered in algae
