Frogspawn obsession

So along with my acros I have a soft spot for euphillia especially Frogspawn.

I have a couple of interesting animals. The fist one I call side shop bob because it reminds me of the characters hair. Mostly pink with a little blue.

The next one is a metallic green with metallic blue spots.

So... I was paroozing the internet for something bizarre or different and at Extreme Corals I came across this:

I have never seen red and blue before so I had to buy it. This will be a good test for me if I truly get what was shown or if the color has been altered. It was not cheap 5" by 4" if it looks remotely this good in reality it will be the centerpiece of my garden. I will update with pics after I get it.

I've noticed that with fish as well. Online sw livestock purchases is like trying to get a real gold necklace from someone selling out of their trunk.

Caveat emptor...

In any case you probably got what you ordered with regards to the size of it. Color upon receipt and a month or two after living in your tank is another story. Thus my opening one liner. This is a problem with buying from boutique or chop shots or anyone doing things to turn a quick buck and I've read a lot of posts here and elsewhere with people reporting similar.

Lol. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a ‘Rule’ that frags had to be photographed in the “worst” most drab lighting possible.. then every frag dropped in our tanks could only look better!

It would be nice if they listed the exact lighting they are using. Also what version of photo shop apparently.
