I added frogspawn to my tank, really love the look, but over the past two weeks it seems to have shrunk a bit. All parameters (salinity etc) are good. Is there something that could be affecting it? Something it needs that I must add? Flow or light? Thanks so much - I will include two pics of how it looked the first week (3 weeks ago) and now:

please post your parameters.

Doesn’t help much when people say they are “good.” Post as much as you can test.

I typically don’t like putting euphyllia directly in the sandbed. What’s the flow like?

List of parameters like mentioned above please. The sandbed is not a good place for it the need moderate random flow and moderate par, 100-150.

Adding to the chorus:

It looks like your tank might be sporting some nuisance algae too, maybe Dino's....parameters would be good.....low nutrients can cause unhappy corals AND Dino's, so....

Mine are 3/4 up with medium high light and medium indirect flow. That could be part of why it is unhappy but as others have said parameters could be playing a role even bigger!
