Sounds like a water quality issue. What are your parameters?

I'll test and post the parameters in a bit. I just noticed a few minutes ago. Maybe it has always been like that (with holes, I mean). I just started getting coraline a week ago and it's starting to cover rocks. It's a 14 gallon tank that has been up for around 5 months.
