Plan is this weekend , I am sellling some Xenia / Kenya and mostly trading in a bunch of it for LFS credit , hopefully enough to get another RBTA or rock flower maybe a torch.
Found my baby nem again , it likes to move around not sure how to get it to grow lol hoping for the best

supposedly the GBTA is from melev’s reef not sure if I believe but I love it either way!

tested parameters alk 11 ph 8.3 nitrate 30ppm phosphate .3ppm

That is weird. Were those corals perhaps in the path of your BTA when it moved?

Not in the path , I think it was BJD because I could see the brown gloop on the melting zoas before they vanished , I didn’t know it could affect SPS and LPS / zoas at the same time ! All near each other also not sure what makes it go away and why other zoas still alive and fine

I believe BJD can affect any coral, but euphyllia seem to be the most susceptible. Through the years I've heard that BJD can happen as a secondary infection from damage and that it can also happen from vibrio bacteria attacking weakened corals. I'm sure this was just an isolated incident but keep an eye on the rest of your corals.

I’m thinking of dosing the display with some cirpo to be extra cautious but at the same time nkt sure if I would be creating a resistance since I have dosed before idk

I wouldn't dose cipro if no one else looks iffy. A water change wouldn't hurt if you haven't done that already.
