vitamin/carbohydrate complex - not sure what witchcraft is in it, but if I stop adding it to the water for the corals they start to "wither" in comparison to what I'm used to seeing. The fish also love it, they try to catch the drops and eat them - if i soak food in it and feed it to the fish they brighten up.
That’s awesome I’ll have to look into that stuff , currently just been soaking food in selcon

Fed anemones and fish just now , starting a new light schedule for more blue and less white light, kinda testing to see how anemones react. Mantis shrimp was grabbing food from the water column, he is still turkey baster trained lol went right up into it trying to grab mysis

Selcon leaves an oil at the top of my sumps water. So, I have to keep the surface agitated in every chamber.

AB+ is making a red rust film on part of my sand. I'll see how that goes in the morning.

I have a skimmer in same chamber as the drain line. That's probably my issue. But, I like where my macros are.

Thought the verrucae on these majanos looked pretty cool
Wow, those look very nice! I'm surprised majanos get the hate they do, unless it is due to invasiveness?
...then again, I am intending to add pulsing xenia to my Work system sometime in the near future... ;)
(P.S. Too bad central IL is so far from SoCal, or I'd take some xenia off your hands.)

Haha I have way too much Xenia I need
Another trim. These aren’t normal majano , in 4 months it has split only once. I have some other green ones that have gone crazy all over , I think Xenia is great , it’ll let you know if any water quality issues / absorb a lot of nutrients
