Hopefully it works , you may need to slice the fish in half im not sure if ribbon eels can take the whole fish. And eventually the ribbon would associate the skewer with feeding , I would just put the skewer in and my eel would be swimming about lol I think this helped with making the eel not eat any tankmates - clowns/cleaner shrimp/emerald crab/damsel also these were in the tank before the eelI really didnt think of that... Isn't helping me find a store. Only a restaurant. Or, sam's club, walmart target... They don't carry the freshwater shrimp.google machine...
I got plenty of skewers. I could remove a frozen shrimp tail and see if that perks interest. I don't think she needs a meal right now.
