Frostbite Clown??

Hi all,
I picked up these clowns from my LFS yesterday.

They are Frostbite clowns? One of them doesn't have spots like the other, I am not certain on that one.
Are they Perculas?

And average, how much do they generally run for? I got the pair for $60 and I felt that was a great deal.

They should be occy and not perc. Looks like flurry clownfish to me but hard to tell what they are with the blue pic.
$60 sounds like a good deal for the pair.
