I saw this floating fish food feeder, that slowly spun around on the surface. Fish were really chasing it and he said he had a good response from picky eaters. But he didn’t know where he got it. It was a bright blue plastic.

A floating one? I know @IOAOI was working on designing a similar feeder but it was a hanging one, not a floater.

Yes, but we're now facing a new issue.
The fin works, but the unit still won't rotate. Our original plan was to fix one end, but we found that it tilts when submerged, and the connection point gets stuck, preventing rotation. We are currently working on a solution to secure both the top and bottom ends while maintaining smooth rotation and aesthetics. It's a bit of a headache and will take some more time.
