While I see possibility of bacterial, will need clearer pics utilizing bright white lights, no blue to clearly detect what you have

True fungal diseases are very rare in marine fish. This is probably a scrape that may have an infection. However, most fish diseases have some underlying component that needs to be taken into consideration. In addition to white photos, we need more background info. This post explains all that:
