.
Sunday this was full and all tentacles were out and ate good. I've had for about 2 months and has looked great, now not to good looking. Water tested tonight.
Any advice or questions fire away please

Not sure if this helps, but mine has looked like that once or twice in the last year. It's healthy and looks good now. Not sure why it did it. The coral only stayed that way for a day or so each time.

The Lobactis/Cycloseris I have can be like this at times too. They usually don't stay that way for long and are inflated when I'm back after work or in the morning after. Let us know if it stays this way for much longer. They can deflate if expelling waste or if something just stressed it out.

If it did/does stay like this, has their been any unstable parameters (including temp and sg) or change in flow?

Well he's back to life. Appears that my goby buried him slightly and now back to looking healthy.
Water parameters been steady but definitely taking the advice and lowering phosphate and getting a Hannah checker.

Good to hear! With how much they inflate it can be worrying when they shrink up, glad it's back.
