Fungia stung by scoly

I just noticed one of my fungia's got pushed against a scoly. It's got a white mucus around the area. Should I dip it in something like an iodine bath to help try to avoid any infection?

My guess would be the stinger tentacles from the other coral.

After I moved it away it only took a couple of minutes for the mucus to go away. There's a bald spot on the fungia now.

Yeah, that's probably where it's dead and will have to (hopefully) regrow or cover.
