Looking through classified I found this tank with a filter included and as you can see it must be waterproof.

I’d be more concerned if it wasn’t water proof :p
 
It gives you a sense why it might be for sale.
 
I'm not really fond of how low that stand appears to be.

Yeah, me neither. Perhaps the former owner wanted a maximized view from an EZ Chair!
