Furan 2 zoapox dosage

I have furan 2 that i will be dipping my zoas in because of zoapox. Now i read that you use 1 packet for every 1 cup of saltwater. Since my zoas are on a rock and 1 cup would not submerge them all i just want to confirm that if i add 3 cups of water instead that i would use 3 packets of Furan 2?

Your math makes sense...triple the recipe.
But could you hold it upside down in the 1 cup water for the time of treatment rather than wasting the furan 2?
