Fusion ph graph off?

Anyone else having issues with their graph showing proper levels? Yes I know my ph at this time of day is low, my skimmer pump was clogged.

Well we'll see how well customer support from Apex is. Got back to my tank and everything plugged into the EB8 is off. Blue screen on the display, blinking yellow/orange light on the EB8 and a solid green light on the Apex Base. So far I got the standard response after emailing them, try this and that. Nothing worked, so I messaged them back. What really sucks is my tank was bouncing back nicely from a mini crash a few weeks ago. Now I have to rely on manual dosing, rely on the temp control of the heater and hope for the best.

Dang, I am sorry to hear. Is this the old or new Apex?

Not old but the Classic. I just bought it this past Feb. brand new from my LFS. I've got a phone trouble call with them tomorrow. $50 says they have me send the base into them for repair/replace.

Hello I had a similar problem with the new model the whole thing went out. Hope you get it back up soon.

Well just as expected, he tried the same stuff I already tried. No go. I gotta send the base unit in for repair. Luckily though it is under warranty. But I have to pay for the shipping there.

Update: I sent it to them last Friday and they were to get it yesterday. Already I'm getting the text and email telling me of power failure. So it seems they have it fixed. Just waiting for it now. Man, I forgot how much I missed that thing lol.

Just got it back today and so far everything is working.
