Hello,

What are the best medium to large fish I could add into almost a decade old 163g FOWLR??

Looking mostly for angelfish, tangs, and wrasses that are pretty hardy and can handle themselves.

And is it possible to keep another like a long nose or flame hawkfish with an established spotted hawkfish??

A list would be cool!
Thanks

Such a list would be very long and biased towards what we like, not what you like. You'll need to narrow it down some. Fwiw, I keep an imperator, french and rock beauty angels, foxface rabbitfish, chocolate and hippo tangs, filefish, melanarus wrasse and blue spotted puffer in my 100g fowlr and they mostly all get along.

Angels and tangs from the same genus may eventually quarrel with one another if the tank is too small, like more than one Pomacanthus angel or Acanthurus tang. There are exceptions of course but that is the generalization. There are several species of rabbitfish that would definitely work but some get large so do some research before you buy. Rabbitfish will generally peacefully co-exist with most other fish which is why I recommended them. A common Foxface or Fiji Foxface is very affordable and would be a great addition to any fowlr, the other end of the spectrum pricewise would be a Magnificent Foxface.
