I am currently running three 400w metal halides and four t-5's above my 220 gallon reef tank. I am looking to switch out the metal halides for LED's and am going to go with three Radion G4's but I am new to LED's and don't really know what the difference between the regular G4 and the G4 pro is. I know that the pro has a couple more colors of LED's but is that the only difference??? If so is it really worth the extra $150 more per light to get the pro???

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Alex

The G4 Pro has better spread, the Pro also has violet leds to help hit the UV spectrum better than the regular. The Pro also has the warm white channel whereas the regular does not
Hope this helps! :)
