G5 fan stays on 100 percent

I have 3 G5 xr 30 blues and for months they worked flawlessly. recently one of them has the fan stuck on 100 percent no matter what I do (ie cleaning the dust vent, going in to mobius and setting the max speed of the fan lower). The fan stays on 100 even when the lights go off for the evening. Any ideas on remedies or is this something I need to have sent in?

Have you called ecotech? Are they still under warranty?

oh there is also something other than 100%
i only know it that way .. no matter what I set, the fans are constantly booming at full power and are only silent when the lights go out. **** .. ecotech, **** mobius! ;Muted
