G5 XR30 Turning Off

Hey all,

I have 3 G5 XR30 radions. 2 work fine, but one I will randomly find with the lights off. If I go into the Mobius app, and hit "resume schedule" it turns back on and runs without a problem. I reached out to their tech support and they recommended I go into settings and select "verify equipment" worked for a day, then resumed the same issue. I reached back out and the rep said he was seeing a "open circuit error" however, this does not reflect in the app. It is out of warranty but he is suggesting it be sent in for repairs. Visually after taking everything apart, it looks practically brand new, minus minimal dust in the fan shroud. Anyone had similar issues? Trying to avoid spending likely hundreds of dollars for this to be "fixed", then it come back and potentially be having the same issues again.

Open circuit is what it is. You have an electrical issue somewhere in that light.

But why am i able to fix it for days at a time by clicking resume schedule.

Because it takes time for the light to reach the state where it's able to sense the problem and shutdown
