Galaxy Select-a-watt ballast

I just got two of these ballast in and about to set it up with 400w Radiums. I was wondering what setting should I run these bulbs on. The 400w mode or the turbo mode?

I have a Galaxy that I tested with a new Radium 400. The turbo mode added about 5% more par, which I doubt you need. Under a Lumenmax Elite the meter maxed out at 2000 ppfd 12" below the reflector.

Wow and I am worrying about 70 ppfd on my 250 sellect a watt. I do run that one in hqi mode for my radiums. According to the specs its should be run at 295 watts and the boost mode runs it at 285.

When I tested the 250 Radium the setting had no affect on par output.
