Clearly not doing well, but far from dead. Especially LPS can come back from what is by all accounts just a skeleton. The hard part is figuring out why it is doing so poorly and changing those conditions.

Yes, feeding seems necessary for scoly’s from my experience. Also lower temps 76-77 degrees

Ho long has it been in your tank? How long has it been doing well in your tank? Other LPS doing well? PO4 and NO3 levels?

Those were tested with a decent kit like Salifert and not API? If so you need to dose PO4.
