GE silicone I ok to use?

Hey I'm building a sump I just started my pump up and a joint in my pvc is leaking wondering if GE Silicone I is reef safe and how long I should wait before firing it back up?

How long should I wait to start it the back of the bottle says 24 hour cure and its not for aquariums it's just on the outside of my pvc though

It's been on for about an hour now it's dried and barely smells like vinegar

Wait at least 24 hours before adding water. The longer it cures less likely it is to fall apart. XP I say this from experience.
And yes, GE Silicone 1 is generally believed to be safe (though the manufacturer will not back it for this application).
