Gem Tang teeth?

Are these normal teeth for a tang? I know hippos tend to have sharp fangs like these but any pictures i see online for zebrasomas have little lips or beakish like mouth, not fangs.

He is currently not eating so i have to resort to tube feeding in the meantime.
