Getting my RBTA to color up..

My RBTA has settled in the lower half of my tank (75g) and its not as bright as it used to be. It's more green/brown with faint hues of the rose. What can I do to help brighten it up? It's under AI sol blue lighting.

Do you only have blue lighting or do you have daylight also? Have you tried feeding nem? Suppose your water parameters are good.
