Getting TDS below 8-10

I had a 75 gallon per day system that delivered 0 TDS water to me for months. I wanted to get more water production, so I added second membrane, and the first membrane feeds the second with its waste water, as I was instructed to do. I have 50-60 psi pressure. The water before the resin is usually 10 and my final product water doesn't get better than 8-10, like the resin has no effect. I have already changed the resin to new twice, so it's not old resin. My home water coming onto the whole system is 450-475, but I was getting zero TDS before the second membrane! Am I doing something wrong?

Can you post pictures of your setup to better help us, possibly something hooked up in the wrong spot
