honestly, for 5 million, theres not much I wouldn't do. ive risked my life for much less and done far dumber stuff for free lol

besides, youre just sitting. not standing. it would take quite a bit of wind to force you off if you kept yourself balanced.

So, do you feel you can survive the zombie apocalypse? Lol
ive survived everything else and im pretty good with a gun so yeah. plus I live so far out I wouldn't have to worry about them for a while. itll probably start in new York or texas seeing as how that's where most movies start them and movies are always 100% accurate

I watch fear the walking dead, and the walking dead, and they put los Angeles as where it begins. So we would be a good ways out from it. But the whole outbreak was like a two month period.

although that dude in florida who ate the guys face could have started it
Maybe, lol. They have this drug in Russia called Krokodile I believe. People use it who can't afford heroine. It's sad, and gross. They have videos on YouTube. The flesh on their arms and legs rot away to the bone.
But years ago there was an article in time or life magazine where scientists discovered or created a cell that was dead but alive. Creepy.
If I to say how it would start, I would be fungal spores not virus.

well theres a lot of theories. one is highly plausible. a couple others aren't far off...

think of mad cow disease. when a human eats infected meat several things can happen. delirium, off center balance, loss of motor skills, and it can be transmitted by blood and saliva. so a bite can infect others. now, delirium doesn't mean anger, but each person has different experiences with it. if they are already an aggressive person, it can remove all self control and allow that person to go into a never ending rage and spread the disease.

another very plausible theory is a parasite. there are parasites out there that attach to the brain and nervous systems of different animals. these parasites can cause the animals to be extremely violant and have no regard for safety. one of these is found in rats (and most humans tested for it showed positive as well). in rats this parasite takes over the brain and essentially turns the rat into a puppet. the parasite can only reproduce (as far as we know) in a cats digestive system. so this parasite forces the rat to become aggressive towards cats and then puts it in a position to be eaten.

another is a form of rabies. rabies as we all know causes animals to become extremely violent, is transmitted by bites, causes extreme hunger and in most cases a rabid animal wont attack another rabid animal. the basic understanding of a zombie.

the zombie apocalypse is very plausible. will it happen anytime soon? who knows. what will cause it? donno. but its not some far fetched idea either.

in the end, im good with a gun, I can drive or fly anything with a motor, the military spent hundreds of thousands of dollars teaching me survival (for combat search and rescue) im a red neck, and I don't have much concern about it lol

The reason I say fungal spores is because when fungus forms a symbiotic relationship with trees, the fungus forms a neural network. But it's not as nerves like in our body. So if someone becomes infected with spores, and they die, the fungal neurons would take over, but it be clumsy. And spores can easily spread.
This is the best thread ever. Lol

lol yeah its a fun thread.

theres a fungus that takes over ants in that manor. it spreads to the ants brain and essentially kills it. then takes over its body and climbs up high before it grows out of the ants head and releases its spores. the issue with fungal though, none (to my knowledge at least) have been found to make anything aggressive.
