actually very VERY simple. just gotta have an image in your mind and figure out how to make it work. it would be really easy for me to do what Brandon and the other guys doing vases do and just drop in a couple rocks and an air stone then put a simple lid on it, but im going above and beyond that. and that's why its confusing. because im trying things that no one else does.
I see, an one-upper. Lol, I am just playing. I'll bet it'll be great when finished.

lol ive got some experimenting to do but I will finally be making progress soon. I mean I already have made some progress, and once I order the light in the morning I will start making more progress.

Yes, lighting is the most important part, at least in my opinion. Lol
Idk if my tank will ever come true, but if it does, I want a metal halide/T5 combo.

well its acrylic so it wont get distortion. but then again, sealing that would be hell, any salt that does escape would ruin my wall... I want to but itll never happen.

I do know the first pico I setup, wont be the one that stays up. the first one will be a test, then ill go all out on the second one.

ive thought about that. I can remove the metal and use one around 1.5-2 gallons. but not sure yet.

lol well remember, this isn't a common tank build so its a lot of experimenting. I gotta be able to drill the glass, the lid has to seat tightly, it has to allow a good light spread without a ton of shadowing.

Lol, good luck with all that. Decisions decisions, decisions.
