Getyoupods.com - would not use again

I personally have never received worse customer service than I have dealing with this company. I had to email 3x over the course of a week to get a response to concerns I had with my order. Finally received my order later than promissed and not all items I paid for were sent with my order. 2 more emails sent one Thursday and one Friday with no response. I just sent another email I fully expect to get ignored.

Will never buy from or recommend this company again to anyone. I recomend you look elsewhere if you need pods.

Update to this:

Getyoupods.com did reply to my last email explaining their lack of communication and why I didn't get part of my order. I ended up getting the rest of my order today. They also included more pods. I wish communication had been better but at this point I cannot complain. Thanks
