yes. I change my carbon every 2 weeks and my gfo every 4 weeks. I never had an issue with changing both at the same time.

You can but it may not be the best way to do it. carbon is generally changed every month and gfo is changed as-needed, depending on your po4.

Its been 3 months that I didnt change the gfo. And 2 of carbon. I chaged both now. I hope I dont have any issues :(

Nah, but have you tested your po4? do you have algae?
