I just added 24ml of Seachem Phosbond to my 20g tank. Despite rinsing it, it still made the water cloudy. Should I be concerned? I am running GAC, so will that help clear it up faster?
And it’s cloudier than it looks in the photos.

IME it will do that no matter how well rinsed especially if tumbled or too much flow. Change your filter socks and they should clean it up. Usually, I run GFO in a reactor and run the out flow into a dedicated filter sock in the sump which catches the particulates. Carbon is not going to do anything for that.
