is it tumbling? Also its possible it wasnt rinsed well enough. Its probably dusty Aluminum Oxide thats floating around making it cloudy. its possible once it binds and your filter takes it up it will clear up again.

I wasn't aware phosban was an aluminum oxide based product. Do you know if they changed this recently?
