I ordered 3 Lyretail Anthias from LiveAquaria yesterday. They should be here tomorrow (1 male and 2 female) Going into QT for a month or so before going in here. Need to update my cleanup crew as well. Probably will go with reefcleaners for that duty.

My two clowns and the cleaner shrimp. The big clown is a bully of course and is constantly monitoring where the Wrasse goes.

Wrasse is always moving around the tank. Unfortunately doesn't look like he was quick enough and the clown nipped at him. He is doing fine otherwise.

Well, lost 2 of the three Anthias in QT with what looked to be Popeye on the male that i couldn't fix and on one of the females my clown decided to take her out when i put them into the DT. I picked up two more anthias from the LFS and they are getting along nicely. I got my first acro frags coming in on Tuesday so i'm looking forward to that.

Been working on adding T5 lights. I have built a canopy to put these in and I will mount my AI 52HD on top.

Going to sand/paint and then mount the lights. Hope to have it up next week.

It's going through a bad time... And as busy as I've been lately, I'm afraid things aren't looking up yet. I need to work on getting some things automated so they don't go undone.

So I went on a trip between Christmas and New Years and have been dealing with algae ever since. I don’t know if my tank sitter overfed, but it’s green all over. Going to step up water changes and so some scrubbing.

Parameters are not out of wack or anything.

So in my continued battle with algae I've started to lose a few corals. One head of my hammer has completely died from something. My Monti. cap has begun to get white spots from what it looked like in my Nov. 19th update above. My Leagues Acro has gone white completely. I added the T5, but only did 1/2 hr start and 1/2 increases each week with 2 bulbs only.

Been working through some issues, but now rebounding. I have an outbreak of what looks like red slime. It's a deep red mat around. Working on manual removal and cleanup. On a better side I have modified my lighting setup. I moved to a BRS AB+ schedule. I rented a PAR meter from BRS figured I would share my readings. Lights are 16" AWL.

Right now they are on a acclimation schedule. That will be done on 7/12. I got some frags from my LFS this weekend. Gorgonian, Green Slimer, and Birdsnest x2 so we will see how they do.
