It has been 2 weeks since I added 3,600 mg (18 pills of 200 mg each) to my 180 gal system.
I have turned my carbon reactor off, removed the skimmer cup total, remover my filter sock and added phosphate RX to lower the phosphate levels.
2 weeks after and I don't see any change, no clue why.
when I did it 2 years ago I had great result in 2 weeks with much more GHA back than.

Please advised

Mine was unaffected as well, even with a double dose. I agree many GHA strains it does not seem to work on, only derbesia I hear. I got a cleanup crew from reefcleaners and it cut the algae in half over a months time.

A sea hare works.
I have one in my 120 and just put it in my 45 frag system. Once it cleans it up I will put it back in the 120.
It keeps my tanks algae free with no chemicals.
So far so good going on 3 months.
They do need to be kept fed.
Gha is not bad in a reef tank unless it turns into a lawn.

OK, so what are the other options?

Rabbitfish seem to have a bottomless stomach for algae. The same goes for foxfaces. PS You don't have to remove filter socks for fluconazole.

Rabbitfish will do good with angles?
For the sea house, what water flow they like and what food to you feed?
I have large fish in my tank, I hope they won't kill him

GHA takes much longer then bryopsis to die from fluconazole. When i did it took me just 12 days to fully remove bryopsis and almost a month until i started to see the GHA turn white.

Also, if you go the Reef Cleaners route. Make sure you check their snails, not knocking them, but I had a ton of Pyramidellid Snails on the Trochus snails I got. I'm fairly new to this but yeah adding that to my checks for Vermitids as well.....
