I have a colony of about 20 heads on a piece of live rock. I had a GHA issue however i recently removed all my rocks and brushed them to get it off. I also gently brushed the Zoa’s to get as much off as possible but there is still some between the heads i cannot get. I have a green Monti digi right beside them on the rock.

Best course of action? Hydrogen peroxide?

It depends

Post pic and we can see, we want to be targeting with peroxide outside the tank vs dumping it in the tank, or dipping nontargets into its diluted solutions

Hey in your other thread where you brushed off algae, did you use any direct algae kill steps on it, or just brush

Also, did you test rock any of it before taking action like we do on that thread that was linked to your thread by Hotashes (where the test rock is used to see what works before upscaling to the whole tank/fragmenting bits of algae around the system)

I’m not home at the moment to take a pic. However I only brushed. Decided to suck it up and dissaemble and pull the rocks out. It was a pain in the butt but well worth it. I didn’t treat it with anything. I think i might try a pipe cleaner when i get home.
