I’’m going crazy with green hair algae in my 90 g. 10-month-old setup. Based on other posts here’s what I’m doing:
10% water change every 30-40 days. Using RODI in ATO and Instant Ocean from LFS
Reef mat- fleece roller, and skimmer running without issue
Lights on 9 hours and intensity ~50% for 8 with gradual to moon.
May have been overfeeding slightly but corrected last month
Ample water movement via 2 reefwave 25’s at 60%
Using a vacuum pump to remove GHA and minimizing brushing it off

CUC of 2 urchins, ~20 various snails (trochus, nassarius, cerite), a couple emerald crabs, a tang and lawnmower blennie.

Currently in 2nd attempt with FluxRX but first time did nothing
Looks like GHA but maybe not??

Chemistry: Phosphate – 0.11(trying to bring this up) Nitrate – 6.4
All else within range, although Alk. A little high at 7.6

To say this is frustrating is an understatement. Any help is valued before I seek therapy.

How much do you feed and how often?

If phosphate are at 0.11 ppm that is a good spot and there is no need to try to bring that up.

If you can post a full tank and zoomed in picture under white light then people can help confirm the type of ugly that is growing.

How did you dose FluxRx previously? FluxRx can take up to a month of dosing to work.

Most would not consider all at 7.6 as high (even a little).

10 months is still a very young tank. It is very common to deal with uglies for much of the first two years, especially if you started with dry rock.

Here's a couple photos two with the suspect algae backwall and rock and...
have 17 fish, mostly smaller like Chromis, cardinals, wrasse, one pygmy angel and a tomini tang. Just added a bunch of trochus and blue hermit crabs to supplement other snails and 2 urchins.
Feed 2x day ~1/4 tsp. TDO pellets. Mysis shrimp or reef frenzy ~2 x week
flux was added following the ratio on the packaging for 90 g tank. First dose in late March.

and guess patience is neeed at 10 mos. ?
