GHA eating zoas

My tank is 5 months old. It started off great but then I added my first corals and ......bam! The evil algae gods show up.
As you can see it appears that what I assume is GHA is smothering my zoas.
Normally I would take the old school approach of patience and water changes but I don't have a LFS and paid a handsome shipping fee.
Long story short any advice is recommended. Also I think I've got Cyano on the sand bed and live rock.

Take to rock out and scrub off the algae
