GHA more proliferating in winter?

Curious, is GHA more proliferating in winter due to changes in environmental conditions? Tank heaters are running more, lower humidity - more evap, raised CO2 levels from windows closed etc…? Just curious cause mines starting to get going now.

More evaporation - possibly, if your RODI water isn’t 100% clean.
More CO2 - You’d notice the change in PH.

Outside changes in environment can possibly influence it, but I wouldn’t attribute the increase in growth rate solely to it.

so then if CO2 was an issue, pH would go lower.
