GHL doser 2 questions

I have a doser 2 that i sold, person said it wasn’t working so did an update and he said it still was not working. Now that i received it back it is flashing red/ yellow. I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue and couple point me in the right direction.

The unit was new never used and working when I plugged in to test it about 6 months ago. It blink white then turn blue. The pumps all worked and now they don’t.

I submitted a ticket to GHL but they are closed for holidays.

Is GCC up and recognizing the doser?

It flashes yellow/red when the levels are low on the dosing container levels, but I don't think it does them at the same time. (Either yellow when lowish, or red when empty)

I’m downloading the software now from site. Once GCC is done downloading I’m going to try and get it recognized and figure out what update he did or didn’t do.

Also the unit was new never used. When I bought it 6 months ago I tested and pumps worked. Pumps are now not working. It was tested then put back into box and stored.

I downloaded the software but cannot get it to connect. I’m new to these dosers and how they work. Any tips or trick to connect it would be great.

Change the com port to 3. Then try 1, 2, 4, etc...
