I have a new acro frag on a plug. It’s been acclimating on frag rack for a few weeks and now there’s some ghl starting to grow on the plug along the base. Curious if putting peroxide at the base would be a no go? Or a better method? Just pluck off? However it won’t get it all. Just curious. Tried searching but didn’t see much on this

Do you mean gha / green hair algae?

Yes... sorry.. auto correct and I didn’t catch it

Scrape and there are recommendations for peroxide dipping concentrations here.

I wanted to see if I could get some GHL growing on plugs. We already know they don't grow on trees. Jk
