A small mixing error is no problem at all.
These machines always have many small errors and with calibration you compensate for that.

Errors are in dosing pump calibration (3 pumps!), dosing hose volume determinations etc etc.

Use the GHL KH 7.5 calibration fluid. Determine the overall error of your set up and just put the % deviation in, in the KH Director settings. That what its there for. Using your own reagent or not doesn’t matter.

I’ve been making my own reagent for several years now. I dilute from 30% HCl to 0,1N. No problem.
