GHL KH DIRECTOR HELP PLEASE

So I really need help setting up my kh director, specifically the doser 2.1 , I have been trying to connect with my wifi for hours now, I have watched all the videos on what to do using a iphone, I watched all set up videos walkthroughs and troubleshooting but I cannot get it to connect, the doser won’t even pop up on wifi anymore and no matter what I do it won’t connect, I have tried making new devices I just dont know what to do please help
