My issue . Not only is the dkh reading off by 22 % with a Lamotte test kit , this is just the start.
A broken clock is correct twice a day , Support tickets seem to be a run around.
Now back to issue set point for dkh is 9.0
Adaptive mode is set at 50% !00% high and !00% low to change
Reading to correct is at 51 %
The dkh never increases at all if any thing drops.
I increased the amount of alk to compensate for what the ghl is not correcting . don't think i need to override a computer that supposed to do this for me
Why isn't this unit making proper adjustment to keep alk stable
LOST

Hi there,

It sounds like either the KHD control settings are not configured correctly or dosing schedule is not set to keep up with your baseline Alk consumption. If you've haven't found the baseline consumption rate, the KHD should not be given control yet.

Without screenshots or more information about your settings, we can help so much.

This video explains how the control options work:

As for the differences in readings, check your water sample tube length and make sure you added all 3 pieces of tube. If you are using a water filter, this needs to be added to the tube volume as well. See page 32 of the KHD manual.

@Vinny@GHLUSA , which three pieces of tube are you referring to?

I have the tube from the tank, 1, the tube from the pump to the KHD, 2, but which tube is #3?

Thanks, my readings are off by 14% from Hanna.
