GHL KH director issue

Can anyone help not sure what else I can do. The pump is set to slow it’s purged of air. Line is 30 cm away from unit max. I keep getting error tatrition takes too long any ideas ?

From the video I saw, I Remember one pump is set to slow and the others are not. I think the reagent one is the only one set to slow.

Thanks for reply I got it sorted and there were 2 things wrong. 1 the hose measurements were not in correctly.
2 the biggest fail I had bought an extra bottle of what I though was regent but it’s not what was put in the bag in the fish store. So I used this and the actual regant I kept to top up container. I coped it last night to my amusement after spending hours going through everything but all sorted now lol
