GHL Mitras LX7 Wifi Help Needed

I can't seem to get this guy to connect to my wifi.

The only way I've been able to connect is through USB and Control Center.
Firmware is up to date and Wifi firmware is 7088, ready and file system ok.
I've followed all the setup instructions but it won't obtain an IP address in control center.
When trying to add the device in the GHL Connect app, I get as far as choosing "Auto DHCP" and then it fails to connect.

My Profile 4 is connected to wifi and able to be added to MyGhl and GHL Connect, so no problems there.

I have never had any issues with my lights. Do you have a 2.4 ghz network for them?

Looks like it FINALLY connected. I don't know how or why, I kept trying the same things. It may have had something do with the time you have to wait after setting up in GCC, saving, disconnecting and then reconnecting?
No idea, but for now it's working.

Yes, I've got ATT Fiber gigabit with Eero mesh network, dual band. I had tried temporary disabling the other band earlier and that didn't work either. But its working now!

Now I'm looking for an AB+ like project. There is one on the GHL website in the Lighting Projects area but none of them seem to be downloadable anymore.
